This lovely design by David Knapton is issued by the Royal Mint to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Paddington Bear’s first appearance.
These coins represent the first time Paddington featured on official UK coinage and are very collectable.
The coins are also both based on the modern adaptation of the movie. This particular coin design features Paddington waving a Union Jack Flag outside Buckingham Palace, which he visits in the movie.
