On the 14th January 2019, The Royal Mint released the 50th Anniversary of the 50p coin sets at 9am to celebrate 50 years of the 50p coins, selling out in a little over 1 hour!

The final coin in the set is the Roger Bannister 50p, which was first issued in 2004 to mark the 50th Anniversary of the 1st person to run the 4-minute mile.
