The design is ‘a depiction of Albus Dumbledore and the inscription “ALBUS DUMBLEDORE 25 YEARS OF MAGIC”’.
The Albus Dumbledore coins feature a detailed design that captures the essence of the character. The coin’s obverse side features the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, while the reverse side showcases a striking design of Albus Dumbledore in his iconic robes, with his long beard and wand in hand. The Harry Potter and Hogwarts Express coins will feature a portrait of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse.
The coins featuring Professor Dumbledore and Hogwarts School will feature the official coinage portrait of His Majesty The King.

The Albus Dumbledore coins are minted in a variety of specifications, including gold, silver, and base metal. The gold coins are minted in 22-carat gold and weigh 7.98 grams. The silver coins are minted in .925 sterling silver and weigh 28.28 grams. The base metal coins are minted in cupro-nickel and weigh 15.71 grams.
